Matt has a mix of corporate experience in outsourced contractor management and financial services, in Australia and internationally. He has also been a small business owner multiple times, having co-owned a kitchen manufacturing and sales business, as well as owning his own recruitment agency specialising in financial services. Matt has lived and breathed the challenges that small business owners face and can empathise with business owners, regardless of whether their business is going well, or otherwise.

Having sold businesses as diverse as cafés and cleaning businesses, to trade businesses with revenue in the multi-millions, he understands that not all businesses are the same, and a bespoke approach needs to be taken to prepare a business for market and communicate the business value to a buyer. Regardless of the industry, Matt will take his time to research the industry, analyse your business and tirelessly search for the right buyer for your business.

Matt is also a member of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB) and is a partner of the Business Broker Network (BBN), a national network of professional business brokers.

Outside of work Matt spends his time with his young family, running and riding motorcycles when he's allowed.
